C2. Operations Management

Introduction to Operations Management; Issues Relevant to Effective Integration of Human and Technical Elements of Productive Systems; Decision Making Framework for Assessing and Evaluating a Wide Range of Operating Alternatives Relative to Design, Scheduling and Control in Both Manufacturing and Service Organizations; Key Characteristics, Management Tasks, Means of Organization and Control in Different Types of Operating Systems.
